What counts as an enrolment?

One learner starting one course. Resits, retakes within the same enrolment and renewals inside 12 months do not count again. Unused enrolments roll over for three months.

Is the whole catalogue really included?

Yes, on every plan — 6 courses, including anything partners add during your term. A small number of high-cost accredited qualifications are marked as premium and priced separately.

Where is our data held?

In the UK. We do not currently offer a choice of region, and we would rather tell you that up front than discover it matters at contract stage — if EU residency is a requirement for you, say so early and we will tell you honestly where we are with it.

Can we keep our existing training records?

We migrate historic certificates and expiry dates during onboarding, so the dashboard is accurate from day one rather than only tracking what you buy from us.

What happens if we outgrow our plan mid-term?

Talk to us and we will move you up. Nothing stops working while that happens — we would rather sort the paperwork afterwards than block somebody from finishing training they need.
