I passed, so why does my employer see “awaiting practical”?
Some qualifications need a hands-on assessment as well.
For some subjects the regulator does not accept online delivery on its own. You have genuinely passed the online part, and that part is recorded — but the qualification is not complete until somebody assesses you in person. Your employer sees “awaiting practical” rather than “passed” because reporting you as compliant when the regulator would not agree is exactly the mistake that gets somebody hurt. Your course page names the regulator and says what is still required.
