Are your courses accredited?

Yes. Every course names its awarding body and accreditation on its own page, and that body is specific to the market you are buying in. We do not make a blanket accreditation claim, because accreditation does not work that way across borders.

How long does a certificate last?

It depends on the subject and the country. Most workplace safety certificates run one to three years. The refresher interval is stated on every course page, and we email you before yours expires.

What level of training do I need?

That depends on your role and your regulator. Awareness-level training suits most workers; supervisors and responsible persons usually need a higher level. Each course page states who it is for.

Is online-only training accepted by my regulator?

Often, but not always. Some qualifications legally require a hands-on practical assessment. Where that is the case we tell you before you buy, and we do not sell you a course that would not be valid where you work.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days, provided you have not started the course. Once you open the first lesson the course has been delivered. Full terms are on our refunds page.
