1. Who we are

Echo3 sells online workplace safety and compliance training. Some courses are written by us; some are written by approved third-party providers and are marked as such on the course page.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a seat on a specific edition of a course, valid in a specific market. The awarding body, the regulator and the legislation the course is written against are stated on the course page before you buy.

3. Validity

We only sell a course into a market where we hold a record that the regulator accepts that mode of delivery. Where a course requires an in-person practical assessment, this is stated before purchase, and completing the online portion alone does not qualify you.

4. Access

Course access lasts for the period stated on the course page, normally twelve months from the day the seat is claimed or assigned. Certificates you have earned remain available after access ends.

5. Assessment

Assessments are scored by us, not by your browser. Attempt limits are stated on the course page. Attempting to interfere with scoring voids the attempt and may void the certificate.

6. Payment and tax

Payment is taken by Stripe. Tax is calculated by Stripe based on your billing address, and the amount Stripe reports is the amount you owe. We never see your card details.
