Getting paid

Paid monthly, after a 30-day hold

Day 0 Course delivered Access is instant; the certificate issues on a pass.

How it works

From application to first sale in about a fortnight.

1

Apply

Ten minutes. Company details, what you teach, and your accreditation if you have it.

2

We verify you

About five working days. We check who you are, and any accreditation you have claimed.

3

Upload your courses

Drop in your SCORM or xAPI package, propose the price, and pick the markets you want to sell in.

4

Go live and get paid

Your listing goes out to every market you chose. Payouts run monthly, after the hold period.

What we handle

The admin of selling internationally, removed.

Selling a course in Germany, Spain and the UAE usually means three tax regimes, three currencies and three sets of translation invoices. Here it means one upload.

Eligibility

What you need to list.

The bar is your content, not your size. Established providers and independent trainers apply through the same route.

A supported course format

E-learning packaged as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or Tin Can. If you have it in one of those, it will run.

SCORM 1.2 SCORM 2004 xAPI Tin Can

Accreditation is optional

We list accredited and non-accredited courses alike. Whichever yours is, we state it plainly on the course page so buyers choose with their eyes open.

Accredited Non-accredited

The right to sell it

You own the content, or you hold a licence that lets you sell it. We check this during verification.

Questions

Before you apply

Anything else, get in touch and a person will answer.

What does it cost to list a course?

Nothing upfront. There is no listing fee and no membership fee. You keep 50% of net revenue when a sale happens, and pay nothing when one does not.

When do I actually get paid?

Monthly, in arrears. Each sale must clear a 30-day hold — covering the refund window — before it is included in that month’s payout. Balances under £50.00 roll over to the next month.

Who sets the price?

You propose it and we approve it. Price affects our margin and how your course sits against the rest of the catalogue, so it is a conversation rather than a slider.

Do I have to be accredited?

No. We list both. Accredited courses carry the awarding body on the listing and the certificate; non-accredited courses are labelled as such, so buyers know exactly what they are getting.

Which course formats do you accept?

SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and Tin Can. Upload the package and the Echo3 LMS handles playback, assessment and certification.

Can I still sell the same course on my own site?

Yes. Listing here is not exclusive. Plenty of providers use Echo3 for the markets they cannot reach on their own and keep selling direct at home.

Who handles refunds and learner complaints?

We do, as first line. Anything about the content itself comes to you with the context attached, so you are not fielding password resets.

Ten minutes to apply. Five working days to a decision.

No listing fee, no membership fee, no exclusivity. If your course is good, it should be earning in more than one country.
