1. Who we are

Echo3 sells online workplace safety and compliance training. Some courses are written by us; some are written by approved third-party providers and are marked as such on the course page.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a place (a seat) on a specific version of a course, for the country you bought it in. The country the course is written for, and any awarding body, regulatory body and legislation it names, are stated on the course page before you buy.

3. Checking a course suits you

Each course says which country it is written for and, where the provider names them, its regulatory and awarding bodies. Before you buy, check the course meets your requirements or your employer’s. Where a course requires an in-person practical assessment, this is stated before purchase, and completing the online portion alone does not qualify you.

4. Access

Course access lasts for the period stated on the course page, normally twelve months from the day the seat is claimed or assigned. Certificates you have earned remain available after access ends.

5. Assessment

We mark assessments ourselves. Attempt limits are stated on the course page. Attempting to interfere with marking voids the attempt and may void the certificate.

6. Payment and tax

Payment is taken by Stripe. Tax is calculated by Stripe based on your billing address, and the amount Stripe reports is the amount you owe. We never see your card details.
