What each compliance status means
Especially the one that is not simply pass or fail.
Not started and In progress are self-explanatory. Passed means in date with nothing outstanding. Expiring soon means still valid but inside the renewal window. Expired means lapsed. Awaiting practical means the learner passed the online part but the regulator also requires an in-person assessment — they are not compliant yet, and we will never colour them as though they are.
