Where is my certificate?
It is issued the moment you pass.
Your certificate is issued as soon as you pass the assessment — there is no waiting period and nothing to request. You will find it under Certificates in your account, and the confirmation email contains a direct link. If you have passed and cannot see it, check whether the course also requires an in-person practical: those are not complete until the practical is recorded.
